Alexis N. Crawford is a dynamic leader and community advocate serving as Director of Strategic Innovation at Page One Web Solutions, Program Coordinator, CrossFit coach, and marketing committee member of ACE.
A passionate fitness enthusiast and yoga instructor, she brings the same dedication to her community work through The Phoenix Maine, a sober active community nonprofit where she helps organize events like run clubs, roller skating, and CrossFit gatherings.
Alexis is committed to empowering others, whether she’s helping students reach milestones, demystifying technology for business leaders, or building meaningful connections across the Maine community.

Chris Davis, author of Worthy: The Memoir of an Ex-Mormon Lesbian, mentors women about taking up space in a world that demands they stay small and quiet.
Her passion for feminist activism includes fighting conversion therapy, supporting women who campaign for leadership in government, and advocating for recovery in every way. She is living her best life off grid in Aroostook County, Maine.

Atrica “Dodie” Emerson works alongside businesses, workplaces, and communities across Washington County through her role with Sunrise County Economic Council.
She is passionate about creating supportive environments where people feel valued, connected, and empowered to grow both personally and professionally.
As a lifelong Washington County resident, Dodie is excited to help elevate rural voices and lived experiences through the Maine Women’s Conference Advisory Council.
Dodie Emerson
Since 2009, Kathrine Farris has been the owner, consultant, and strategist behind Marketecs, where she and her team blend marketing, automation, tech, and practical AI to help professional service businesses build systems that actually work.
Based in Southern Maine, she brings a practical mix of business operations, digital strategy, and “let’s figure out how to automate that” energy to her work with clients.
She is also a coffee-drinking, gardening wife and boy mom who cares deeply about helping women build the confidence, capacity, and connection they need to succeed.
Kathrine Emerson
Cristina Oliveri is a healthcare executive, consultant, and speaker passionate about creating environments where individuals feel seen, valued, and empowered to thrive.
She joined the Maine Women's Conference Advisory Board because of the organization's commitment to fostering connection, growth, and meaningful dialogue among women across Maine and beyond.
Cristina believes the conference provides a powerful space for learning, inspiration, and community, helping women build the relationships and confidence needed to lead with authenticity and purpose.
Christina Oliveri
Mish Sommers is the founder of Bay Consulting, a Maine-based practice that combines diagnostic organizational work, strategy, and CliftonStrengths coaching to help mission-driven leaders build organizations with clear purpose and the right structure to deliver on it.
Her background spans work in non-profit, government, corporate, and small businesses in Australia, Europe and across the U.S. She now lives in midcoast Maine, and is happiest when she is exploring outside with family and friends.
Mish joined MEWC because she has seen what happens when women build real communities with one another, and is excited to contribute what she can to an organization already doing that work so well.
Mish Sommers
Avril Williams is a Portland, ME-based artist, educator, and activist who has spent her career sitting at the intersection of creativity, entrepreneurship, and social change.
She founded her own business with the purpose of inspiring people to be creative and intentional with their lives, believing that both are tools for transformation. With a degree in Art Education, a certification in yoga, and extensive social justice training, she has guided people of all ages toward using creativity as a vehicle for activism.
A world traveler and practicing artist, she brings a lived, deeply integrated perspective to everything she creates, including rooms full of women who are ready to embrace their whimsy.
