Jamie Crain
President
Profession: Owner of Energymend, Energy Healer
Jamie is passionate about personal growth, energy healing, and helping others step into their power. She enjoys teaching, creating transformative experiences, and living a life centered around intention, connection, and community.
She joined MEWC because I believe in the mission of empowering women through education, leadership, and collaboration. She’s excited to both learn from and give back to this incredible community of women.
Jennifer Brayall-Michaud
Vice President
Profession: Training & Professional Development Manager at Tyler Technologies
Jennifer enjoys spending time at her cottage on Drew’s Lake in northern Maine with her husband Todd and Golden Retriever – Millie. You can find her kayaking, reading historical fiction and thrillers, dancing at live concerts, and enjoying the outdoors. She’s an avid gardener and cook who enjoys the farm-to-table cooking experience and prides herself in making everything from scratch. Jennifer is a member of the Tyler Technologies Women’s ERG, as well as a mentor within Tyler’s Manager Development Program. She’s passionate about empowering women to engage in self-directed lifelong learning to help them discover their untapped potential and successfully grow within their professional career.
Jennifer joined MEWC to give back to her community, and to help other women. She is a firm believer of empowering women through learning and education, to help them grow and develop professionally. She joined MEWC as the mission and beliefs align with Jennifer's passion for empowering women to reach their potential through connection, education and inspiration.
Allie Andrews
Treasurer
Profession: Sex & Intimacy Coach
Allie loves climbing mountains, backpacking, camping and skiing with her fiancé Ryan. Her drink of choice is a hot matcha latte. She's a cat mom and a new mom to her first baby (born this past spring!). She's also a lifelong dancer, mostly dancing salsa as an adult. In her work as a somatic s*x and intimacy coach she works with individuals + couples to build safety and connection in their bodies – and help them have more fun, pleasure, and play in their lives!
Allie joined the MEWC Board in 2024 to connect with women in her community, and to be a part of this amazing mission of uplifting and inspiring Maine women.
Katelyn Nickerson
Secretary
Profession: Senior Administrator & Small Business Owner
Katelyn enjoys spending time outdoors with her friends and family or curled up on the couch with a good audiobook.
Her favorite part of MEWC is strengthening and inspiring women to become who they want to be.
Brooke Bailey
Legal Counsel
Profession: Civil Litigation Attorney
When Brooke is not working, she is reading, working out, volunteering or enjoying the outdoors.
Her favorite part of MEWC is the incredible speakers. Each speaker provides a unique background and perspective, all focused on connecting women.
With 20 years of experience in Corporate America, Kelley lead initiatives in corporate giving, diversity, equity and inclusion, and global community engagement, helping to shape programs that drive belonging and social impact across organizations.
She is also the founder of Wild Harts Collective, a retreat and leadership company curating transformational experiences like Joy as Revolution and Sacred Flow: Awakening the Wild Feminine. Through this work, Kelley creates spaces where women feel seen, nourished, and empowered to step into their most authentic leadership.
She joined the Maine Women’s Conference because she believes deeply in creating spaces where women, including trans women and gender-expansive people, feel seen, valued, and truly belong. This community aligns with her lifelong dream of helping shape experiences that empower, uplift, and ignite possibility.

Bonny enjoys hiking, gardening, fitness, music, and hanging out with her husband and grown triplets.
Allie Keeley
Marketing Chair
Profession: Digital Marketing Director
Allie is a Marketing Director for an events and digital media company in Portland which allows her to tap into her creativity and her inquisitive nature.
Outside of this role, Allie has a passion for women's health on both an emotional and physical level, and is working toward a certification as a Postpartum Doula. It's important to her that women feel empowered, heard, valued and supported, and that's why she's joined the board of The Maine Women's Conference. Additionally, she loves to travel, is always up for an adventure and enjoys spending time in nature.
Maria Maffucci
Vice Marketing Chair
Profession: Legal Assistant
Maria enjoys being civically engaged in her community via the following organizations: Portland Regional Chamber of Commerce, PROPEL, the Junior League of Portland, Center for Grieving Children, SARSSM (Sexual Response Services of Southern ME), and the MEWC.
She’s also competing as Miss Portland in the Miss Maine for America Strong 2026 pageant and is a model for a local clothing brand, Fearless, which happens to be designed by a past MEWC Board member!
She joined MEWC because she wants to polish her marketing and event-planning skills while simultaneously working alongside a cohort of empowering women.
Tara O’Connor
Programming Chair
Profession: Pediatric and Adult Sleep Coach, Owner/Founder of Little Sleep Wonders
Tara is an advocate for rare diseases and sleep disorders. She is passionate about sharing her story and raising awareness to help others feel less alone. She is a dog mom and aunt and loves anything crafty.
She joined MEWC to connect and be a part of something that she believes is an important community to have. Empowering women is so important!
Jenn Grasso
Sponsorship Chair
Profession: Fundraising Manager
Outside of work, Jenn enjoys traveling with her family, staying active, cuddling up with her cat and a good book, and continually challenging herself with new pursuits (currently re-learning the clarinet and violin). She is also an adventurous foodie and a longtime francophile with a love for French language and culture.
Jenn is excited to get involved with MEWC and to support its mission of empowering women across Maine through connection, education, and inspiration. As a passionate educator and fundraising professional, Jenn looks forward to applying her skills to help grow the organization and give back to her community. Having benefited greatly from strong professional networks throughout her career, she believes deeply in the power of connection and is committed to helping more women build the relationships and networks that are essential for personal growth, leadership development, and long-term career success.
Emily McElveen
Technology Chair
Profession: IT & Security Consultant
Outside of work/tech she loves spending time outside with her dog, experimenting in the kitchen, and cozying up with a good book. She’s passionate about learning new things, spending quality time with friends & family, and perusing farmers markets or specialty shops for cooking and writing inspiration.
She’s excited to get involved with MEWC and support the mission of empowering women across Maine and their communities.

When Adelaide is not working, she reads, walks on the beach at sunrise, and hangs out with her son.

Jennifer is a devoted mom of five, storyteller at heart, and believer in raising strong, capable kids through love, accountability, and real-world lessons. She leads her family with grit, generosity, and a deep commitment to building character, connection, and a home filled with warmth.
She joined the women’s board to contribute her leadership, perspective, and commitment to service in support of its mission. As a dedicated community member and mother of five, she values collaboration, strategic impact, and the advancement of initiatives that strengthen families and the broader community. Through board service, Jennifer is committed to fostering meaningful partnerships, supporting organizational growth, and helping drive measurable, lasting outcomes.
