Michele Kreuzer is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Certified Behavioral Sleep Practitioner who helps professionals protect their sleep during high-stress seasons of leadership and life. Trained in behavioral sleep strategies and CBT-I, she supports adults whose minds won’t easily “shut off,” helping them reset disrupted sleep, reduce stress-driven wakefulness, and build sustainable habits that strengthen clarity, resilience, and performance. Her practical, science-based approach equips clients to show up fully present for their teams, clients, and families.
