Laura McDowell is a Certified EOS® Implementer based in Portland, Maine, working with entrepreneurial leadership teams across the state. She came to this work after living it firsthand as part of a struggling leadership team that finally found its footing through clarity, alignment, and accountability.
With 20+ years across sales, marketing, HR, and client success, Laura is known for creating a space where people feel safe enough to be real — where honest conversations happen and real decisions get made. She brings structure, empathy, humor, and a healthy dose of tough love to every room she walks into.
