ABOUT AUTUMN
Autumn Schmidt is a second degree black belt, former police officer, firearms instructor, Master of Science in Criminal Justice, adjunct college professor, and the founder of She's An Asset — a leadership training company built on a body, mind, and intuition approach that is unlike anything else in the industry.
Autumn began her martial arts training at age five and joined law enforcement at twenty. At twenty six, a career ending injury redirected her path — and instead of stopping, she built something bigger. Since 2015 she has been teaching people to trust their instincts, command their presence, and move through the world with a confidence that is grounded, tested, and real.
Her work has taken her across the country, speaking for organizations including the Girl Scouts, Cross Insurance, NextHome Experience, and the Maine Women's Network, among others. She is also the founder of a world renowned podcast and has hosted multiple sold out live events for women in Maine.
